The role of a Business Manager at The Recruitment Crowd is key to our continued success and will involve building and growing the current team, enabling progression and growth within the team, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships, maximising opportunities with current accounts or clients, identifying new business opportunities and winning new clients.
