We’re recruiting for a Hospital Medical Director on behalf of one of our well-established clients in Kent.

The hospital provides a service to support adolescent girls with a range of mental health disorders.

In this role, you will combine clinical expertise with effective leadership to deliver sector-leading care

The role will complement our existing medical team. You would lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering services aimed at achieving clinical excellence. As Medical Director, you would work closely with the Hospital Director as a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) to help the hospital achieve its clinical and strategic aims.

What we’re looking for:

Fully GMC registered with a relevant medical qualification

Entry onto the Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
An accomplished leader & clinician 
Knowledgeable of all aspects of clinical governance

Skilled in medical appraisals, clinical supervision, case investigation & case management
Salary up to £185,000 (depending on experience)
