The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our fantastic clients in the North Ferriby area for multiple Team Leaders to join their night shift.
Job Type: Temp-perm
Hours: Monday-Thursday (18:00-06:00)
Pay Rate: £11.22 per hour
The role:
· Working in a self-isolated fast-paced sterile environment, you will undertake but not limited to the following whilst wearing a full sterile body suit, gloves mask and boots:
· Working with Hoppers
· Overseeing the working of lines and dealing and reporting any technical faults/malfunctions
· Setting up lines/Adjusting lines/Changing Filters
· Completing paperwork
· Reconciling stock/products used at the end of every shift
· Undertaking Quality Control checks of the product and its packaging
· Perform deep and intense clean downs at the end of every shift
· Performing Internal Process Checks at various stages of the filling and packing process.
· This will include calibration, SOP, sample, and integrity testing
· Overseeing internal audit procedures
· Reporting to Shift Manager
· Always adhering company policies and procedures
· Ensuring adherence to SOPS in the department
· Manual handling duties involved; you will be required to lift products up to 12kgs
Requirements:
· You will be required to wear a full sterile bodysuit, mask, gloves and safety boots
· Previous team leader experience within a warehouse environment
· Good communication skills
