Would you like to work for a person-centred care provider who provides outstanding care to each and every one of their clients?

My client is a value-based organisation who focus on being paperless and technology-driven. Their rostering and care plans are managed within remote applications and the administration is in the cloud. The role would, therefore, require an individual who is comfortable with computers and modern technology.

 

Main duties:

  • To be at the heart of running an organisation delivering care at home in Central and South-East London where values are as important as profit.
  • To be accountable for CQC compliance (and ensuring that the team are compliant)
  • To manage and oversee the administration of the business.
  • To work closely with the Managing Director and Care Supervisor to lead and manage a small team of care assistants and help them to deliver exceptional, safe, person-centred care at home.
  • To participate in the growth of our business in all areas including marketing, service delivery and managing the company.

 

The right candidate:

  • Must have experience managing a home care office
  • Have a level 5 Health & Social care qualification or equivalent
