TRC have joined forces with a fantastic, national provider of complex care for adults and children in the mission to find an experienced children’s nurse.

My client prides themselves on providing high acuity complex care, community-based domiciliary care, specialised complex clinical training and supported living services to the most vulnerable.

The role is an equal split between providing top quality, hands-on care as well as passing on your clinical skills to the team through providing classroom and community-based training sessions.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to improving patient care through education and will collaborate closely with our clinical director to ensure high standards of paediatric practice.

  • Support the design & Deliver Training: Develop and conduct educational sessions on paediatric care for non-clinical staff (carers, support workers, family members) to ensure safety and competency in delegated tasks.
  • Competency sign off: Provide clinical competency sign offs for all trained tasks required in the support package, enhancing their practical skills in paediatrics.
  • Evaluation & Feedback: Assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide constructive feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest paediatric healthcare practices and integrate new research and evidence-based guidelines into training programs.
