National Sales Manager 

£50,000 - £60,000 Basic + Car or Car Allowance + Bonus + Package 

The Company 

Our client is a well-established Concrete & Aggregate Business who are growing rapidly year-on-year and are now looking to appoint a new National Sales Manager. 

 

The company are open to the product you have sold – it is very much about the person – ideally with experience selling within the Construction space. 

 

The Role 

As a National Sales Manager / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for: 

  • Selling Pre-Cast Concrete into the Construction sector – House Builders, Developers, Architects. 

  • 60% of your role will be focussed on New Business Development and 40% will be focussed on developing, growing and maintaining existing accounts. 

  • Full P&L responsibility for the accounts which come under your remit 

  • Hitting your individual objectives whilst equally contributing to the team’s goals and targets in terms of revenue and profitability 

The Candidate 

  • You will ideally have experience selling Concrete or something similar, however, this is not essential. 

  • You MUST be a HUNTER with an outgoing personality, able to speak to and adapt to anyone at any level. 

  • You will be looking to move forward to a new challenge and not running away from something 

  • You must have a genuine passion for the industry 

  • You will have fantastic relationship building skills 

  • You must be tenacious and willing to apply the work ethic required to be successful 

  • You will incredibly driven and have the desire to work in a people-centric environment – you put in the hard work, you will get the support and rewards in return 

  • You will live within a commutable distance the Midlands
