Quality Manager – Learning Disabilities & Autism

Northwest Region

£50,000 per annum plus car allowance

 

Hybrid working: 3 days service based / 2 days working from home

TRC are working with a small provider based in Greater Manchester who deliver specialised care for people with learning disabilities and autism, either in a residential setting or a supported living scheme.

 

The Role

 

We are looking to source a Quality Manager to support the development of the companies quality assurance framework and to assist the care homes and supporting living services in ongoing and continuous improvement.

 

As a Quality and Compliance Manager you will need to have up to date knowledge of legislation, regulation, policy and best practice as applied to social care and services. You will have proven experience as a Quality Manager or in a similar leadership role within the healthcare sector.

 

You would be working as part of the Quality and Compliance Team and reporting to the Director of Quality to oversee and support the regulatory and quality performance care services within the company.

This will include providing support and guidance to services on compliance with regulatory requirements, adherence to best practice guidance, delivering on a quality improvement plan and implementing a revised governance.

You will provide support, guidance and expertise on quality and regulatory matters to care services and support services in meeting of regulatory requirements and in continuous improvement.

This will involve supporting the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the company and contribution to quality and performance reports.

You will assist in the standardisation and maintenance of governance systems within care services. This will involve being responsible for Monitoring performance, compliance and adherence to internal KPIs of care services including early escalation of issues identified.

 

Requirements

 

Must be a driver with own car

Must have experience within a quality specific position

Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations

Ideally hold Level 5 qualification
