Location: Florida 

Salary: $70K 

Our client, a market leading provider of EV infrastructure on EV projects across the US, EU and UK are on the market to expand their team by bringing onboard a Service Delivery Coordinator. This company has been established for over ten years operating within the commercial space offering installation and maintenance solutions on EV charge point projects.  

Our client develops intelligent software for homes and commercial projects at their HQ in Carolina. They operate in 10 countries and have sold chargers in over 30 different countries around the world. As a young and ambitious company, they work with some of the largest brands in the world.  

The Role 

They require a highly organized Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee the ongoing performance, uptime, and reliability of EV charging infrastructure. The successful applicant will be pivotal in ensuring efficient charger onboarding, maintenance practices, and optimal resource allocation, with a focus on quality and safety standards. You will play a critical role in driving uptime, customer satisfaction, and team performance. 

Duties 

  • Coordinate EV maintenance operations, including commissioning, preventative, and corrective repairs for EV charging stations 

  • Support development of operational processes to improve efficiency, minimize downtime, and remain cost effective 

  • Monitor service KPIs and SLAs to ensure uptime, response time, and issue resolution rates to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. 

  • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to ensure seamless handover from sales to operations. 

  • Oversee dispatch and scheduling activities for commissioning and maintenance to ensure timely allocation of work orders. 

  • Collaborate with TOC team to ensure resolution and proper documentation of service tickets  

  • Track and manage work orders in service management system(s) . 

  • Work closely with 3rd party manufactures to ensure we are current on product maintenance schedules and spare part lists. 

Essential Requirements 

  • Expertise in planning and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. 

  • Understanding asset lifecycle management, including installation, maintenance, and decommissioning 

  • Management of spare parts and equipment inventories to minimize downtime. 

  • Overseeing procurement, transport, and deployment of resources for maintenance activities 

  • Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for services and materials. 

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) and MS Project. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to balance priorities among competing needs whilst providing the highest level of value to the company. 

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the ecosystem approach to EV adoption on a large scale. 

  • Proven track record of delivering targets whilst maintaining outstanding customer relations/ services.
