The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of our well known and industry-leading client based in the Avonmouth area. We are looking for a Transport Office Administrator to join our client’s team! 

 

Hours: Shifts across Monday to Sunday, Mid-Day until approximately 20:00pm. 

Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour PAYE. 

Location: Avonmouth, BS11. 

Job Type: Ongoing with an opportunity for permanent for the right candidate. 

 

The role: 

  • Provide crucial support to the transport office team. 

  • Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and document management. 

  • Coordinate with team members, including the Transport Manager, to ensure smooth operations. 

Requirements: 

  • Previous office administration experience (preferred but not essential). 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and Excel. 

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced team members.
