Our client is a well-established, market-leading business, renowned around the globe for the fantastic services they have been providing for 200 years.

They are currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to work with their London-based IT team.

What you need:

  • Experience gained in a fast-paced 1st & 2nd line service desk role.
  • Significant exposure to Windows 10 & Office 365.
  • Experience troubleshooting.
  • The ability to communicate sometimes complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Experience working on IT Projects when required.
  • A “can do” mentality with a willingness to be hands-on and go the extra mile.
  • A genuine passion for IT and a hunger to learn new technologies.
