Our client is a boutique IT managed service provider, due to ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team.

 

What you need:

  • Experience gained in a 2nd line service desk role.
  • Exposure to Windows 7/11, Office 365 & Windows Server to 2019.
  • Networking exposure with Cisco exposure & firewall experience being an advantage.
  • VM Ware / Hyper-V knowledge.
  • Experience in admin/config of VOIP / phone systems.
  • Hold industry-recognised accreditations such as MCP, CCNA, Network+, Sec+, AZ-900 (preferred)
  • The ability to communicate sometimes complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • A “can do” mentality with a willingness to be hands-on and go the extra mile.
