Our client is a highly successful, expanding IT Managed Services Provider. Well established and with a solid reputation they are looking to recruit a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer
What you need:
- Extensive experience in a 3rd Line Engineer role.
- Advanced technical experience and qualifications/industry accreditations (e.g Microsoft, VMWare etc)
- Solid knowledge of Azure, Active Directory (Azure & On-Prem), Windows Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, Networking, Firewalls etc.
- A “can do” mentality with a willingness to get stuck in!
