My client is a successful IT Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their team.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer (3rd line) looking for a long-term career opportunity.
What you need:
- A “customer first” mentality and a genuine passion for IT.
- Solid experience in 3rd line IT support including complex escalations.
- Experience of high-volume service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Extensive knowledge of o365, AD, Windows, Networking – LAN, V-LAN, WAN, SD-WAN (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba etc), Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V etc) and backup (Veeam), Firewall, Cloud (Azure/AWS) etc.
