Our client is a leading global marketing services company with an integrated network of advertising agencies in over 120 countries. This is a core role within the business, you must be commutable from the clients HQ in London.


The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join the Accenture team. The Account Manager will work closely with the Account Director in all aspects of managing the day to day running of the account, including central strategic planning and ensuring local market implementation and coordination of global markets, with a strong focus on digital. The team is a newly formed team working across 3 key accounts. They are exciting, fast-paced accounts that are committed to innovation. You will be managing multiple pan-regional and local campaigns a year so strong project management skills are key for this role. You will have the ability to quickly establish credible relationships and position the agency as a valued agency partner.


The Account Manager would:

  • Understand client’s businesses thoroughly
  • Develop strong relationships with senior clients, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Inspire media planning, strategic and creative expertise
  • Identify new and pioneering opportunities to achieve best in class communications Key Tasks and Responsibilities Client and Account Management: • Experience in digital planning, working with media partners and developing plans • Responsible for the management of media plans and billing/reconciliation of plans • Ensure work delivered to client is of highest standard; review all key documents and presentations prior to distribution.
  • Be an active contributor presenting in clients and agencies meetings.
  • Develop close relationships with clients and agency partners
  • Work with the team on actively managing local market campaigns: o Lead campaign briefing – providing comments on target, channel, budget, timeline o Advise local market teams to ensure their media plans comply with the central brief and strategy. Be able to confidently challenge and question assumptions and 2 recommendations that have been made to ensure the best possible delivery for the client to Ensure standard processes are rolled out across markets
  • Work with the team to create effective and innovative pan-regional campaigns • Champion innovative media solutions in every media plan and push the boundaries of conventional communication thinking
  • Work with internal specialist units to deliver the best response/service to clients • Create and maintain relationship with external agencies and key media partners • Have a solid understanding of both offline and digital media channels




The Candidate

Experience working agency-side in an international or local media agency role

  • Understanding of Media Markets across key European markets
  • Must have a strong digital knowledge, both across planning and activation
  • Strong excel skills and experience writing media plans
  • Deliver insightful documents (planning through to PCAs)
  • Presentation skills; must be able to present to senior level clients and also peers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communicator
  • Exceptional organisation
  • Super interpersonal skills, build excellent working relationships with colleagues
  • Eye for detail
