Accounts Administrator

An amazing team on the outskirts of Manchester City Centre, looking for a new member to join them due to sustained growth within the last year. They are a construction Family-based business that delivers all around the North West of England.

They are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator who will fit in well as part of the team. The successful candidate will need to possess excellent organisational, time management skills, along with strong attention to detail.

Duties will include:

Posting purchase invoices and reconciling supplier statements

Reconciling bank and factoring accounts

Petty Cash

Liaising with the external accountant

Key Skills

Must be proficient in bank reconciliations, sales ledger, purchase ledger, and factoring accounts.

Must be extremely organized and can work using own initiative and a part of a team.

Must be conversant with Sage 50 and Xero with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
