£55,000 plus £4,800 car allowance
Plus, up to £12,000 annual bonus
TRC have joined forces with a highly reputable, national private homecare provider. We are searching for an experienced multi-site manager with the ability to crunch numbers alongside maintaining high quality care and CQC outcomes.
The responsibility would be overseeing 9 branches, circa 3000 hours of private care across London. All branches are rated good currently by the CQC.
The Role: (brief overview)
With the RCD create a Vision which is based on the strategic plan for each branch which ensures there is a growth, development and quality driven culture across the area
Oversee the smooth, efficient and profitable day to day management of all branches and provide leadership, guidance and direction to Branch Managers and Branch staff.
Identify any areas of opportunity to improve the development and profitability of the branches
Open new HVS branches in line with business roll out plan
To support the Branch Managers in maximising the profitable growth of their branch by producing a challenging and realistic budget that improves the growth and contribution of every branch whilst tackling quickly any areas of underperformance
Lead by example and be instrumental in creating excellent working relationships, ensuring that a professional manner is maintained at all time with members of the team, company, clients etc
Provide the RCD with regular performance of the branches to include steps taken to improve any areas of underperformance, areas of opportunity along with an update on the progress being made with key projects
Carry out regular monthly 1:1 meetings and appraisals with all direct reports to ensure that they receive regular updates on their performance and progress they are making with agreed objectives
Ensure there is a clear development and succession plan in place for all direct reports to help improve their performance and maximise their potential.
Ensure that everyone has the opportunity to receive training and development in line with the HH training plan
Manage, report and monitor any areas of underperformance within the branches and ensure that plans are put in place to improve in line with budget expectations. Report progress being made with the agreed action plan to the RCD
Prepare and provide all information for the business plans for any proposed new branches for RCD approval
Ensure branches consistently meet or exceed customer expectations and service standards and using data available monitor conversion rates and customer satisfaction and hold branches managers accountable for measurable results achieved
Ensure branch managers are developing their teams to meet customer care demand and are monitoring carer rotas to ensure care calls are being met
Monitor performance across the branches to ensure 100% compliance is achieved
Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of multi-site homecare/social care services
Full UK driving license
Level 5 in Health and Social Care
Ideally have been previously registered with the CQC
