Buying Agent – LS27 – IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
 

Temp to perm – £11.28 P/H – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday – High Street Discounts – Onsite parking + Much More. 

  

Roles & Responsibilities:        

  • Deal with both outbound and inbound calls regarding the appraisal of customers items        
  • Answering any customer queries regarding the service        
  • Liaise with different departments to ensure an effortless customer experience     
  • Work within a small team to ensure team targets are met     
  • Have an open mind to develop and learn new skills       
  • Have the ability to work within a fast-paced working environment  
  • Be positive with an upbeat attitude           
  • Use your own initiative to problem solve and overcome any issues that may arise  

  

What you need;        

  • Experience working within a sales contact centre        
  • Experience working towards both team and individual targets and KPI’s         
  • Experience using an internal CRM          
  • Objection handling skills        
  • A clear and polite telephone manner        
  • Good communication skills        
  • The ability to work as part of a team
