Chef De Partie
The Company
My client is a Two Rosette standard Hotel & Spa based in West Yorkshire. They are currently looking for a Chef De Partie to work on an ongoing temporary basis with flair and creativity to assist the team during very busy times across multiple dining functions within the Hotel & Spa.
The Role
As a Chef De Partie you will be responsible for;
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
The Candidate
- Ideally experience within a Rosette standard kitchen
- An ability to stay calm when the pressure mounts
- First rate culinary skills
- Be a real ‘foodie’ at heart with absolute passion and enthusiasm for creating innovative menus
- Be driven by excellence and attention to detail
- Be naturally outgoing and energetic with an ability to train and inspire
- Demonstrate confidence with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Live-In accommodation is available in Wetherby or at the Hotel
