TRC are working alongside a fantastic company in the Property sector who are currently going through a rapid growth and require their Administration and Compliance team to grow.
Job type: Temp to perm
Location: Manchester,M1 area or Work from Home/Hybrid working available
Temp Hourly Rate: £11.28ph
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00am – 5pm
- Provide a comprehensive administration function to the business
- Liaise with tenants as required to ensure all documentation is up to date
- Ensuring accurate information is recorded on the various CRM systems;
- Act in a professional manner with regard to colleagues, confidentiality, security, personal attitude, communication and presentation.
- Demonstrate, at all times, behaviors in line with our values.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with company health and safety procedures and policies.
- Be prepared to work collaboratively, in a flexible way to assist colleagues and customers alike, in the delivery of our services to all.
- Document/update systems with all information relevant to all our procedures, processes and policies.
- Previous recent experience in a similar role;
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Previous experience of CRM systems;
- Experience of MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively
- Ensuring compliance systems and processes are maintained to a high standard
- Previous property experience is beneficial
