The Company

Our Client specialises in the development of Mobility Aids for their customers! They are one of their market-leaders in their current sector and are hiring a position for a Customer Service Advisor offering an attractive salary with other company benefits!

The Role

To answer calls within this busy department and expedite the customer complaint, reason for calling. Ensuring that the knowledge of Products and processes are kept up to date and fresh.

  • Answer incoming calls and use a professional, calm, helpful tone.
  • Raise claims and ensure all relevant information is asked for and recorded.
  • Ensure that diary reminders are set to call back and communicate with the customer where their complaint is.
  • Raise call outs whether FOC under the warranty guidelines or take payment where required.
