Delivery Consultant (Resourcer)

The Recruitment Crowd is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Delivery Consultant (Resourcer). This position is a crucial role within our organisation, responsible for resourcing and liaising with clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.

Position: Delivery Consultant (Resourcer) Hours: Monday to Friday – hours between 8am until 5:30pm Pay: £22,000 to £25,000 per annum + bonus and other benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates for our clients in the industrial and logistics sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients.
  • Conduct candidate interviews, assess their suitability for specific roles, and provide professional feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market knowledge, and any changes that may impact recruitment strategies.
  • Effectively manage and coordinate the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement.
  • Liaise closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, and be self-motivated.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle are mandatory.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal office hours, as required.
