The Recruitment Crowd are working with a reliable Domiciliary care provider in Birmingham who are looking to appoint a Domiciliary Registered Manager to provide high quality Homecare services that support customers in life during their time of growth.
My client provides the highest quality of Homecare and are rated “Good” with the CQC
The successful candidate will:
- Have thorough knowledge and previous dealings with the CQC
- Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service
- Be prepared to work flexibly
- Manage recruitment, induction and training of the team and identify any ongoing training needs
- Ensue all emergency on-call are dealt with
- Participate in growth and development of the business
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Experience of building working relationships

Requirements:
- Hold a full valid driving licence (Required)
- Covid Vaccination
