Finance Assistant

Being the first point of contact for financing queries, while working beside a Finance Director and receiving full training.


Looking for an individual who will be responsible for completion of own workload and effective time management as well as developing and maintaining effective communication within the finance department and with all internal and external stakeholders.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Purchase Ledger and bank reconciliations.
  • Dealing with payroll queries.
  • Maintaining up to date business records.
  • Dealing with staff and client accounts.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required.
  • Work with other professionals as required in order to fulfil the requirements of the job.


Preferred Skills

  • Sage or similar software
  • AAT Level 2
  • Preparation of financial reports for managers



  • Study support
  • Full Training given
  • On-site parking
