Head of Sales

Our client is an established, reputable provider of IT managed services, digital transformation and Dynamics 365 Consultancy.

Due to rapid expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced Head of Sales to manage their successful sales & marketing function and to drive their sales strategy in line with a highly ambitious growth plan.

Managing a team of internal and external Account Managers and BDM’s, my client is looking for a seasoned sales management professional, with a wealth of experience gained within the IT consultancy sector and passion for providing inclusive, expansive and inspiration leadership.

What you need:

  • Longstanding sales management experience in IT services delivered to mid-market customers.
  • A proven track record gained working within IT managed services or/and consultancy, targeting mid-market clients.
  • Extensive exposure to Microsoft products including M365, Dynamics & Azure.
  • Demonstrable capability to build a performance culture.
  • Formal sales management training (Challenger, SPIN, Miller Heiman, Sandler etc)
  • Highly developed commercial acumen with evidenced success in devising, deploying and execution sales strategy.
