Home Manager – Learning Disabilities 

Inverness, Scotland 

£47,000 – £52,500 

  

TRC is assisting a small specialist care home in Inverness that provide personalised care to adults with learning disabilities to find an experienced and passionate home manager. The service is currently rated 4’s across the board and are looking for someone with the ability to process the home to the next level. 

  

The Role: 

  

As the Manager, you will be passionate about providing outstanding care and will lead and develop your team to deliver excellent person-centered care, to encourage each resident to enjoy the highest possible quality of life in a warm and homely environment. Including: 

  • Managing the day-to-day running of the home. 
  • Ensure that all safety and health regulations are followed and enforced. 
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for the home. 
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members. 
  • Monitor the performance of staff members and provide feedback. 
  • Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed in a timely manner. 
  • Maintain records of all financial transactions. 
  • Demonstrate passion and commitment to excellent care and quality. 
  • Ensure that the highest standards of person-centred care and support are delivered at all times. 

  

My client is looking for someone with experience managing a similar service, especially within the learning disability sector. Must have completed L4 or equivalent. 

  

On top of a great salary, my client is offering a highly achievable bonus based on performance and care inspectorate ratings up to £3500 per year.
