HR Manager
We are looking for a strong HR Manager for a large Automotive company based in Peterlee. This role will be responsible for around 300 employees on both permanent and temporary contracts, so previous experience dealing with high volume work force is essential.
Our client is a growing manufacturer and they are looking for some to take ownership of the role and grow with the business. The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified and have previous experience working in a number of HR cases in the manufacturing/automotive space.
Main Responsibilities:
– Ensure the workforce fit to the needs (recruitment, internal mobility, skills development, motivation, training, salary)
– Guarantee compliance with ethical and moral codes, in line with Group values
– Manage administrative and legal matters associated with occupational accidents and illness
– Maintain good social relations
– Apply social regulations by integrating social legislation and internal management rules
– Contribute to protecting the health of employees
– Advise and assist operational managers with HR management
