My client is looking for an ambitious, empathetic, customer focused individual to join their dynamic Telesales Department.

We are looking for keen individuals who are passionate about delivering a tailored customer service approach to help provide our customers with the best possible outcome for their circumstances

The Role

  • Answer the sales calls and process orders.
  • Duties Include Answer inbound telephone calls in a timely manner.
  • Process sales orders and create upsells where possible.
  • Deal with delivery queries and product issues within 14 days of purchase.
  • Answer web chat queries and Sales inbox email enquiries.
  • Process mail orders.
  • Process online brochure requests.
  • Assist, when necessary, in new showrooms.

The Candidate

  • Articulate conversations in a formal and professional manner
  • Have previous administrative experience in a customer service/ helpdesk environment
  • Show high attention to detail
  • Have a can-do attitude
  • Be a team-player as well as being able to work independently confidentiality and accuracy.
