IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – Leeds – £25,000 

  • Provide comprehensive IT support at a 1st & 2nd line level. 
  • Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues. 
  • Assist users with IT incidents. 
  • Own and resolve issues, escalating when necessary. 
  • Maintain precise records using the IT Helpdesk system. 
  • Install new IT equipment. 
  • Handle CRM system issues, including user training. 
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues. 
  • Create and update support documentation. 

Requirements: 

  • Strong IT passion. 
  • Windows proficiency (10/11). 
  • Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Autopilot knowledge. 
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy skills. 
  • Networking expertise (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs). 
  • VoIP understanding. 
  • Broad IT support experience. 
  • Team player with organizational skills. 
  • Excellent communication and detail-oriented. 
  • Driver’s license and vehicle access.
