IT Support Engineer
IT Support Engineer – Leeds – £25,000
- Provide comprehensive IT support at a 1st & 2nd line level.
- Diagnose and resolve software/hardware issues.
- Assist users with IT incidents.
- Own and resolve issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain precise records using the IT Helpdesk system.
- Install new IT equipment.
- Handle CRM system issues, including user training.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Create and update support documentation.
Requirements:
- Strong IT passion.
- Windows proficiency (10/11).
- Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune, Autopilot knowledge.
- Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy skills.
- Networking expertise (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs).
- VoIP understanding.
- Broad IT support experience.
- Team player with organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented.
- Driver’s license and vehicle access.
