The Role: As a Legal Conveyancing Secretary, you will be there to offer assistance with all property transactions.
- Undertake Audio typing
- Undertaking searches
- Using the Land Registry
- Filling in Conveyancing Forms
- Typing contracts, transfers, bills
- Taking inbound and making outbound calls
- Updating systems
- To understand the conveyancing process
- Undertake admin work to keep up with the businesses demands
