Paint Prepping Operatives

TRC Northeast are currently after a number of Paint Prepping Operatives for our Client based in the Jarrow area for immediate starts, this role will be temporary on going.

Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • In line with approved methods, carrying out all repairs to restore vehicles to their original conditions
  • Carrying out all warranty repairs in line with manufacturers’ standards
  • Carrying out all repairs in line with manufacturer standards, including stripping/refitting, panel repair, masking, priming, painting and oven rectification
  • Ensuring that all Company documentation is accurately completed, and that all Company procedures are followed
  • Planning and managing time effectively to meet deadline and ensure workshop efficiency.
  • The ability to achieve high volume on demand to meet our KPI’s
  • The ability to work to the high standards set by our customers
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to develop excellent working relationships with colleagues

Working Times

  • Monday to Friday – 0700 – 1530 & 1530 – 0000

Pay Rate

  • £13.50 per hour standard hours
  • £20.25 per hour overtime
