Quality Manager

Quality Manager – LS12 

 

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE – £35,00 – £40,000 – 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Thursday, early finish on Fridays – 25 days holiday + stats – Company pension. 

 
EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ISO9001 AND ISO4001 ESSENTIAL  

 

The Role 

  • Implementation and management of an effective QMS System across the business 
  • Responsibility for developing and implementing procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the quality of the business products in accordance with the companies standards 
  • Auditing and reviewing of all materials provided by suppliers to ensure overall quality standards are adhered to 
  • Development of an effective NCR reporting structure 
  • Root cause analysis of defects and recommend solutions for quality issues 
  • Work towards quality KPIs set by department head, and the ability to collect, analyse and present data, which drives the improvement and achievement of these KPIs 

 

What you need: 

  • Experience in managing a team 
  • Experience in quality assurance  
  • An analytical mind  
  • Previous experience in training newer team members
