Recruitment & Talent Partner

We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment & Talent Partner to join an established Media Group. The Role

  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers and collaborate effectively with them to create eye-catching and inclusive job adverts, develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and support with use of the applicant tracking system
  • Think creatively and pro-actively about how the business can use a diverse range of attraction techniques and trends to target top talent and build strong talent pools for a variety of roles (everything from Commercial Account Managers, to Finance Business Analysts and Charity Fundraisers!)
  • Take ownership of the company’s relationships with agencies and job boards, taking feedback from hiring managers to identify where we are attracting top talent and negotiate preferred rates
  • Work collaboratively with HR Analysts to gain insight into our recruitment practices and come up with new ideas to manage inefficiencies
  • Embody the company’s approach to Diversity and Inclusion, in everything you do, helping the business to ensure they are representative of the audiences we serve and their people feel able to bring their whole selves to work
  • Maintain an understanding of the media landscape/industry and factors which may affect recruitment of the best talent
  • Manage customer queries through the central inbox
  • Managing day to day administration of the ATS

The Candidate
  • Experience of the full Recruitment process, shortlisting, arranging interviews and proving feedback
  • Understanding of targeted marketing for specific clients
  • Proven ability to increase engagement with clients and candidates
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interpret data to recognise opportunities and risks for the business.
  • Sound commercial awareness and an understanding of trends, areas of improvement and accessibility
  • Analytical thinker “Thinks outside the box”
