Regional Trainer – Healthcare

TRC are working with an outstanding care home group who are looking for a Regional Trainer to take care of there development needs in South Birmingham and surrounding areas. The patch will consist of 4 beautiful homes.

You will be an integral part of the training programme for care staff, to ensure that the residents receive the highest quality of residential and dementia care, and that they create a great place to live and work.

The Role:

As a Regional Trainer you would be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of staff training including carrying out induction, refresher and specialist training to all homes in the Birmingham South region on a rotational basis. As part of the wider training team, your experience in a similar role will be called upon for new ideas to continue to develop our training programmes.
