Returns Administrator

Duties Include

  • Execute and perform returns activities within the warehouse.
  • Assist and support the Returns Manager and Administrators in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Co-ordinate Returns with Warehouse, Engineers, Logistics, Sales and Customer Service Departments.
  • Process returns of Royal Mail, Couriers and all other relevant delivery services.
  • Inspect and verify products and merchandise for returns to warehouse or showrooms.
  • Inspect and verify all admin, including forms, reports and records relating to product returns.
  • To report back problem products and packaging to Senior management
  • Assist with completing warranty claim information
  • Record information on Customer Returns and Claims
  • Deal with incoming calls from various locations.
  • To carry out other duties within the scope of the role or that are commensurate with the level of the position.
  • Responsible for staff/equipment
  • Equipment in the Engineering Department, personal uniform supplied by our client.
