Senior Sales Executive
The Company: Our client is a highly successful, global provider of IT managed services & telecom solutions. Having undergone significant organic and acquisitive growth they are currently looking to recruit experienced Sales Executives to join their highly successful team
The Role
We are on the lookout for an ambitious sales-focused individual to join our Digital Services Internal Sales Team.
The successful person will be responsible for delivering profitable growth through the development of our client’s portfolio of Mid-Market Key accounts.
The Candidate
- To maximise upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities within the designated base of accounts.
- Customer interactions over the telephone and via face-to-face meetings to maximise pipeline.
- Demonstrate a consistent approach to monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the sales cycle to provide accurate forecast information to management and senior management.
- Ensure all key information is recorded within CRM systems and all documents uploaded into the relevant SharePoint sites.
- Set post-meeting actions with SLA’s which need to be completed on a timely basis.
- Responsible for ensuring the relevant internal resources are available to attend meetings such as technical presales, commercial teams or bid management where necessary.
- Sales experience with a demonstrable record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Confidence in opening cross-sell conversations with customers in both telephone and face to face meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good written/verbal/administrative skills.
