Senior Service Desk Engineer – IT Managed Services
We are currently working on an exclusively retained basis, with a successful IT Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their team. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer (3rd line) looking for a long term career opportunity.
What you need:
A “customer first” mentality
Solid experience in 3rd line IT support including complex escalations.
Experience of high volume service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment.
Extensive knowledge of Office 365, AD, Windows, Networking, Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V etc) and backup (Veeam), Firewall, Cloud (Azure/AWS) etc.
