Service Desk Analyst
Our client is a globally recognised, market leading manufacturer, renowned for the reliability and quality of their product and for their commitment to innovation.
They are currently looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to work with their Lancashire based IT team.
What you need:
- Experience gained in a fast paced 1st & 2nd line service desk role.
- Significant exposure to Windows 10 & Office 365.
- The ability to communicate sometimes complex technical information in an accessible manner.
- A “can do” mentality with a willingness to be hands on and go the extra mile.
- A genuine passion for IT and a hunger to learn new technologies.
