Our client is a highly successful, expanding IT Managed Services Provider. Well established and with a solid reputation they are looking to recruit a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer.
What you need:
- Solid knowledge of working in a 2nd line service desk position
- Exposure to the Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace poftfolio.
- Experience gained with Active Directory, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, Networking, Firewalls (SonicWall/Unifi would be a bonus)
- A “can do” attitude with a willingness to get stuck in.
- Exposure to working in an MSP environment is preferable but not essential.
