Service Desk Engineer – IT Managed Services
Our client is a well-established, reputable IT managed services provider.
As a result of ongoing expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Engineer to join their highly successful team.
What you need:
- A “customer first” mentality
- Solid experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support
- Exposure to ITIL
- Experience in service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365, AD, Windows, Networking etc
- Basic knowledge of Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V etc) and cloud (Azure, Citrix) is an advantage
