Service Desk Engineer
Our client is a successful, expanding IT Managed Service Provider. As a result of ongoing expansion, they are currently looking to recruit experienced 2nd & 3rd Line Service Desk Engineers to join their highly successful team.
What you need:
- A “customer first” mentality
- Solid experience in 2nd or 3rd line IT support
- Experience of high volume service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365, AD, Windows, Networking, Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V etc) and backup (Veeam), Firewall, Cloud (Azure/AWS) etc.
