Service Desk Engineer
Our client is a boutique IT managed service provider, due to ongoing expansion they are looking to recruit a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing team.
What you need:
- Experience gained in a fast paced 1st & 2nd line service desk role.
- Exposure to Windows 7/10, Office 365 & Windows Server to 2019.
- Networking exposure with Cisco exposure & firewall experience being an advantage.
- VM Ware / Hyper-V knowledge.
- Experience in admin/config of VOIP / phone systems.
- The ability to communicate sometimes complex technical information in an accessible manner.
- A “can do” mentality with a willingness to be hands on and go the extra mile.
