Service Desk Engineer
Our client is a rapidly expanding boutique IT & telecommunications provider.
Acquisitive, well established and with a loyal, ever expanding client base, they are currently experiencing unprecedented growth due.
As a result of this success, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Engineer.
What you need:
- A “customer first” mentality
- Solid experience in 1st & 2nd line IT support.
- Experience of service desk environments, ideally in an MSP environment.
- Extensive experience gained in a similar role providing support on O365, AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, VM Ware etc.
