Service Desk Engineer
Our client is a highly successful, global provider of IT managed services.
Having undergone significant organic and acquisitive growth they are currently looking to recruit experienced Service Desk Engineers to join their highly successful team.
What you need:
- A “customer first” mentality
- Considerable 2nd line IT support experience.
- Exposure to O365, Azure, AD, Citrix, SAN/NAS, VMWare/Hyper-V, Veaam (or similar), Networking, Firewalls etc
- Experience with ITIL service desks, ideally in an MSP environment.
