Our client is a highly successful, expanding provider of innovative data protection services. Well established and partnered with a leading backup brand, they are looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Manager.
Responsible for the leadership and development of the business service desk team and for the development of the service desk function, inclusive of devising, implementing and monitoring processes and procedures, the role offers an interesting opportunity to join a business at an exciting time in its history.
Hybrid working is on offer with the successful candidate being expected to be in the office two days per week with the remainder of the week working remotely.
What you need:
- Experience gained managing busy, high volume service desk functions.
- Exposure to ITIL (v3/v4)
- Experience gained working with management platforms.
- Experience of Azure, Active Directory (Azure & On-Prem), Windows Server, Networking, Firewalls
- Extensive exposure to virtualisation (Hyper-V, VM-Ware), Backup & Storage.
- Exposure to working in an MSP/VAR environment is preferable but not essential.
