We are currently working with a successful IT Managed Service Provider, looking to expand their team.
They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Service Desk Manager.
Responsible for the day to day management of a team of 10 Service Desk Engineers from 1st to 3rd line, the role offers the opportunity to join a high growth business that has doubled in size in terms of both turnover and headcount in the last 12 months, looking to continue to scale rapidly.
What you need:
- A “customer first” mentality
- A proven track record gained in a similar Service Desk Manager role in an MSP environment.
- Experience of high volume service desk environments.
- Solid knowledge of Office 365, AD, Windows, Networking, Virtualisation (VMWare, Hyper-V etc) and backup (Veeam), Firewall, Cloud (Azure/AWS) etc.
- A passion for professional development with exposure to devising and implementing structured development plans inclusive of championing IT sector accreditation paths.
