Our client is a highly successful, expanding IT Managed Services Provider. Well established and with a solid reputation they are looking to recruit a Service Desk Manager to oversee and develop their ever growing service desk function.
What you need:
- Experience gained managing busy, high volume 1st, 2nd, 3rd line service desk.
- Exposure to ITIL
- Experience gained working with management platforms such as ServiceNow, Connectwise etc.
- Experience of Azure, Active Directory (Azure & On-Prem), Windows Server, Hyper-V, Veeam, Networking, Firewalls etc.
- Exposure to working in an MSP environment is preferable but not essential.
