The Company
Our client is now the fastest growing chilled foods business across the North and the Midlands. In line with current and future aggressive growth plans the business are now recruiting for a SMUK Sales Manager to take responsibility and continue with the growth of the company and implement new accounts and growth within the business.
The Role
- Implementing new sales standards
- Ensuring the sales team meet targets as individuals and a team
- Setting team KPIS
- Coach and assist the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with new accounts and current account base
- Implement annual sales budgets
- Identify changes within the market
- Visit customers and clients to promote products

The Candidate
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- The candidate will ideally have experience within a chilled and ambient food industry
- Excellent organisational skills
