My client is a Two Rosette standard Hotel & Spa based in the West Midlands. They are currently looking for a Sous Chef to work on an ongoing temporary basis with flair and creativity to assist the team during very busy times across multiple dining functions within the Hotel & Spa.
- A competitive salary – all our Chefs are paid hourly and work 44 hours per week over 4 days, with any overtime paid
- 4 day working week, 3 days off
- 28 days holiday rising to 33 days with service
