Sous Chef

The Company

My client is a Two Rosette standard Hotel & Spa based in the West Midlands. They are currently looking for a Sous Chef to work on an ongoing temporary basis with flair and creativity to assist the team during very busy times across multiple dining functions within the Hotel & Spa.

The Candidate:

  • A competitive salary – all our Chefs are paid hourly and work 44 hours per week over 4 days, with any overtime paid
  • 4 day working week, 3 days off
  • 28 days holiday rising to 33 days with service
  • Optional live-in accommodation charged at just £58.52 per week all-inclusive of meals and bills
  • Use of the Health club facilities – gym, swimming pool and Jacuzzi
  • A share of service charge – 100% of which is split between the team
  • £30 staff stays with Hand Picked Hotels per room Bed & Breakfast PLUS 25% discount of all food & drink.
