Support Worker (Complex Care)

My client based in Hampshire is looking for dedicated and caring Support Workers to join their team!

 

Day Shifts: 7:00am to 2:30pm

Afternoon Shifts: 2:30pm to 10:00pm

Nights Shifts: 10:00 pm to 7:00 am (both waking and sleep in shifts)

Pay Rate: Day, Afternoon and Waking Nights from £10.50 per hour (enhancement with Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care)

Sleeping Nights: £55.00 per night

Mileage: 32p per mile

 

The Role:

  • As a member of my clients Complex Care Support Team, you will be passionate about making a difference in an individual’s life. The purpose of the role is to support their customers to achieve life goals and aspirations through social, emotional, physical and cultural requirements in a person-centred way, as outlined in the customers individualised care plan, in a manner that is professional, positive and upholds the values of this fantastic provider.
  • This role in particular is to provide support to a young man in his early 30’s who is moving into a new home in Totton.
  • Ideally, candidates will possess a full driving licence, however, this is not essential. They also offer full training so you will need to commit to fully paid training and induction.
