TRC Group is recruiting for multiple Operatives in the Goldthorpe, S63 area. This is on behalf of one of our market-leading clients within the supermarket industry, that are rapidly expanding year on year! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a good, reliable work ethic, that is wanting to grow their skillset and get settled into a new company!

Pay Rate: £9.66 per hour – £11.59 per hour (between the hours of 10 pm to 4 am) – rising to £10.45 p/h & £13.06 after 12 weeks!

Job Type: Temp-perm
Shift Pattern: Set shift of – Days – 4 on 4 off 6am-6pm OR Nights – 4 on 4 off 6pm-6am

The Role:

  • Organising returnable/warehouse equipment (crates/cages/pallets etc)
  • Staking returnable/warehouse equipment (crates/cages/pallets etc)
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required
  • This is working out in the yard, in all weather conditions so must be comfortable with the cold
  • If you are successful in securing a perm contract, our client will put you through your FLT Counterbalance training and license!


  • Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
  • This is a very physically demanding role so must be comfortable with manual handling/heavy lifting
  • Reliability and good attitude towards work
